Valle Design Co provides graphic design services, including branding, digital and print design, and products such as recipe cards and travel-inspired prints. By using these services, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, or have parental or guardian consent.

2. Use of Website

Website content is for personal or professional use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of content is prohibited. Valle Design Co reserves the right to restrict access to the website or services at its discretion.

3. Licensing

Valle Design Co ensures assets used in client projects (including photos, illustrations, fonts, and templates) are legally licensed and documented. Licensing documentation can be provided on request.

Clients must disclose any specific licensing requirements before project commencement. Valle Design Co is not responsible for legal or financial implications resulting from omitted licensing requirements.

Clients also guarantee that any materials supplied to Valle Design Co are either owned by the client or legally licensed for use.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure services. Due to the custom nature of design work, refunds are generally not offered, though concerns will be addressed in good faith to find workable solutions.

5. Project Scope and Revisions

Project details, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins. Scope changes may incur additional fees. Valle Design Co includes three rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions are available at an agreed fee.

6. Intellectual Property

Designs created by Valle Design Co remain intellectual property of Valle Design Co until full payment is received. After payment, usage rights are granted as defined in the project agreement.

Reselling, modifying, or redistributing work without explicit permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Valle Design Co is not responsible for:

• Printing or production errors after client approval of final files.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party providers (such as printers or web hosts).

8. Termination of Services

Valle Design Co reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if professional boundaries or core values are violated.

9. Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
